Ryan Hagel
Owner & Photographer
Ryan was born and raised in Calgary, AB. He completed New Media Production and Design from SAIT in 2018 and specializes in photography and client success! Ryan is always up for a challenge and is continually trying to push his team to take risks and get creative. He’s passionate about serving his clients and meeting homeowners (and their furry friends).
He’s had a passion for photography since he was a kid, along with skateboarding and shooting / filming friends. That evolved from photographing weddings to shooting real estate full-time with a passion for landscape photography in his free time.
Ryan has been vegan for 7 years. He grew up playing and refereeing high-level hockey (Midget AAA), skateboarding, and snowboarding in the winter.
Victoria Haleba
Lead Photographer
Victoria was born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria. She studied photography as a major at Florence University of the Arts (in Florence, Italy). She’s been living in Calgary for 8 years.
Victoria is passionate about photography, her dark room (used for her film photography) snowboarding, and hiking. She loves photographing homes and sharing stories through the images she creates. She’s also passionate about helping and connecting with people. She always strives to help ease homeowners’ and real estate agents’ concerns during the home sale process.
Victoria specializes in photography, iGuide Services and client support!
Jeremy Martin
Lead Videographer, Social Media Manager
Jeremy was born and raised in Calgary, AB. He specializes in all video projects with his vast knowledge of all things video.
Jeremy graduated from SAIT’s Film and Video program in 2019. Today, he’s passionate about telling stories through video.
He enjoys storytelling, writing, and marketing. Another thing to know about Jeremy is that he likes toast because “it’s twice-cooked bread”.
Justin
Photographer
Justin is a Toronto native who now is proud to call Calgary home. He completed his schooling in 2013 at Sheridan College as a Marketing Major.
Justin’s passion for Photography came a little later in life as he originally pursued a career in sales and the automotive industry. Quickly to figure out, he enjoyed taking photos and videos of vehicles over actually selling them. Today, Justin has been doing real estate photography and videography for 5 years and is loving his new city of Calgary.
His other interest include hockey, basketball and going for hikes with his wife. If you share any of those interest with him, feel free to have some conversations with him on your next scheduled photoshoot
Laura Austin
Project Manager
Laura was born and raised in Calgary, AB but studied business and photography at the University of Victoria. Her frist career was in the oil and gas industry, until 2017 when her enterpreneurial spirit took over and she started her own boudoir photography company.
Laura joined CREP team in the fall of 2023 as a project manager. She enjoys the dynamic and fast paced environment, interacting with clients and applying her organizational and perfectionism skills.
Laura’s heart beats for adventure and exploration. She finds excitement in travelling to tropical destinations and indulging in exhilirating water sports. Amidst her adventurous pursuits, there’s always a constant companion by her side – a charming 8lb Yorkshire Terrier, who adds an extra spark of joy in her life.
Michelle Ponech
Video Editing Specialist
Michelle was born in Calgary, AB, but is based out of Vancouver, BC. She graduated from The Visual College of Art & Design with a major in video editing.
Michelle joined the team 1.5 years ago, and has over 5 years of editing experience.
Michelle finds that editing is a deeply creative outlet for her and something she truly enjoys doing. She loves how it’s given her the opportunity to connect and work with people from all over the world. In her free time, Michelle likes to cook and collect art.
Michelle takes care of all the video edits at CREP. From short IG reels to full productions and walk-through tours, Michelle is a magician behind the scenes.
Spencer Pries
Photographer/ Videographer
Spencer, a Winnipeg native now in Calgary since 2018, is a digital marketing specialist with a diverse media background. Self-taught and solution-oriented, he excels under any constraints.
Since 2020, Spencer has specialized in real estate photography, offering comprehensive services from photography to video production. He manages social media for CREP, showcasing his digital engagement passion.
Beyond work, Spencer enjoys time with his spouse and their two border collie mixes. An active contributor to the Canadian hardcore music scene for over a decade, he also hosts a podcast and enjoys unique beverages and garage reality TV on weekends.
Brett Anderson
Advanced Drone Pilot, Videographer
Brett was born in Edmonton, AB, and grew up in Penticton, BC.
He got a drone in 2014 for a family project and instantly fell in love with aerial photography.Brett moved into shooting residential and commercial real estate. Today, he specializes in all things drones.
In his free time, Brett loves playing drums, snowboarding, riding his one-wheel, and motorcycling in the summertime.
Brett started working with CREP in 2020 and is the lead operator for all of the drone shoots, whether they’re commercial or residential. Brett has his Transport Canada Advanced Drone Pilot License.
