1. What is iGuide?

iGuide is an all in one technology that supports real estate professionals throughout the entire buy / sell process. iGuide captures a realistic 360° tour of the home as well as accurate floor plans and detailed room measurements.

2. What is an iGuide report?

Once your iGuide is processed, you will receive an email that includes all links for viewing and sharing your iGuide. Images, and floor plans, as well as a summary of property information (room dimensions, sqft, etc) will be packaged together.

3. Are your measurements accurate?

Yes, all measurements are insured and guarantee accuracy.

4. When can I receive my images and floor plans?

All images, measurements and floorplans will be delivered by the end of the next business day.

5. What square footage is billable?

The billable area is a sum of interior areas of all floors as well as all drafted spaces that may be excluded from the final interior floor area totals such as sun rooms, crawlspaces, detached garages/outbuildings, any rooms attached to the house that you can only access from outside and floor areas of rooms that have sloped ceilings – where the height of the room is less than 5 ft – these areas are drafted and billed, but not included in the total floor area.

There are drafted spaces that are included on floor plans, not included in the total floor area, and are not billed, these include: attached garages with interior doors, cold rooms, areas open to below, and exterior spaces such as balconies/decks/patios.

No, the photographer anticipates that the home will be ready to be photographed when they arrive. Please take the time to arrive 20 minutes before the the appointment to ensure the home is ready. Turn on all the lights and lamps and lift the blinds if desired. Garbage and recycling bins should also be out of sight, and toilet covers should be placed down. This helps to maintain our competitive prices scheduling.

6. Will the photographer assist in moving or staging the furniture?

No, the photographer anticipates that the home will be ready to be photographed when they arrive. Please take the time to arrive 20 minutes before the the appointment to ensure the home is ready. 7. What is your turnaround time?

All iGuide and Photography will be delivered 24 hours after the shoot time. Video services may take 1-3 business days.
