Ryan and his team are 100% professional. I stumbled onto them because I needed to squeeze in rushed photos the next day. And they impressed me with their performance. Victoria did such great photos. Jeremy did such great videos. Ryan runs a tight ship here. Timing, correspondence, professionalism all on point. I booked them for my next 4 projects and everything has turned out great. I am a realtor in Canmore and was in a crunch to get my clients pictures and measurements taken. I found their website on a Saturday and they were the only company to pick up the  phone without having to leave contact info through an email.
Ryan sent me a couple of links to prior shoots in Canmore and they looked great. They were out to Canmore last Tuesday and pictures were delivered the next morning. Customer service was unprecedented, we had to do a bit of tweaking and they were on the ball every step of the way. Consistently communicating with me or Karly if Ryan was busy.
