FAQs
What equipment do you use for the photo shoot?
For professional real estate photography, we use both the Canon R5 and Sony A7III. Video footage is shot on either the Canon R5 or Sony FX-7. For aerial drone photography and videography, we use the Mavic Mini or Mavic 3.
How long does a typical photo shoot take?
A typical photo shoot for a standard 2000 sq ft Calgary home takes about 1 hour. For larger properties or more complex projects, allow 2-3 hours.
How long does it take to receive the edited photos?
You can expect our turnaround time on photos and iGuide to be less than 24 hours, while video services take between 1 and 3 business days.
Can I choose the specific shots I want for my Airbnb listing?
Yes. You can customize our professional photography and videography services to meet your needs.
Can I use the photos for other marketing purposes outside of Airbnb?
Yes. The high-quality photos and videos you receive have flexible usage limits and can be used to market your property indefinitely, as long as they’re not used for commercial purposes.
