How do I book services? What's the easiest way?
To book us for your next shoot, simply click the book now button below or download our Calgary Real Estate Photos App available on The App Store and Google Play.
You are always welcome to contact us directly via phone to book a shoot at 587-323-1122 between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

What is your turnaround time?
All iGuide and Photography will be delivered 24 hours after the shoot time. Video services may take 1-3 business days.
How are the photos and videos delivered?
We use a system called Aryeo, which handles the booking, delivery and payment of all orders. All photos and video are stored for life and every order includes a property website and DIY- marketing center
Are your measurements accurate?
Yes, all measurements are insured and guaranteed accurate.
What square footage is billable?
The billable area is a sum of interior areas of all floors as well as all drafted spaces that may be excluded from the final interior floor area totals such as sun rooms, crawlspaces, detached garages/outbuildings, any rooms attached to the house that you can only access from outside and floor areas of rooms that have sloped ceilings – where the height of the room is less than 5 ft – these areas are drafted and billed, but not included in the total floor area.
There are drafted spaces that are included on floor plans, not included in the total floor area, and are not billed; these include: attached garages with interior doors, cold rooms, areas open to below, and exterior spaces such as balconies/decks/patios.
Who owns the photos and videos?
Calgary Real Estate Photos owns copyright for all photos and videos. We provide a usage license for all properties s to be used according to local realtor.ca rules for the life of the current listing. Photos may never be used by a third party unless a separate usage license is purchased from Calgary Real Estate Photos. They may NOT be used by another agent if a listing agreement has expired or if a property has been acquired by another brokerage. In that case, a usage license must be purchased, which is 50% less than the cost of the shoot.
How long does it take you to photography/ film a house?
For the typical 3-storey 2000 Sq Ft Calgary home, we can complete interior and exterior photos, iGuide 360 Tour, RMS- Measurements in about one hour! For longer productions or bigger homes, we generally like to block off two- three hours for completion.
Why are AirBnb Photography prices higher than Real Estate Prices?
We understand that photo usage can be confusing depending on the industry. Real Estate photos have a much shorter shelf life compared to an AirBnb/ Short Term Rental and have more limited usage rights in place.
Real estate photos are only licensed for marketing the specific property and must be repurchased if the property sells or is taken on by another agent. However, our AirBnb and commercial shoots offer much wider and more flexible usage limits. You’ll have the freedom to use any content from the shoot to market your property indefinitely, with the exception of commercial use.

What is iGuide?
iGuide is an all in one technology that supports real estate professionals throughout the entire buy / sell process. iGuide captures a realistic 360° tour of the home as well as accurate floor plans and detailed room measurements.
Will the photographer assist in moving or staging the furniture?
No, the photographer anticipates that the home will be ready to be photographed when they arrive. Please take the time to arrive 20 minutes before the appointment to ensure the home is ready. Turn on all the lights and lamps and lift the blinds if desired. Garbage and recycling bins should also be out of sight, and toilet covers should be placed down. This helps to maintain our competitive prices scheduling.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellations made within 24 hours incur a $75 charge. If the photographer shows up at the property and cannot access the property for a maximum of 15 minutes after the appointment start time, the shoot is subject to full charge.
What kind of camera equipment do you use?
We use both Sony and Canon cameras and lenses. For standard shoots, we are primarily shooting with the Canon R5 and Sony A7III. For all video productions, we use the Canon R5 or Sony FX-7
